Before deciding you want to purchase a Lab CLan puppy, please do your research on the Labrador Retriever breed, this includes researching the breed maintenance level, energy level, training guidelines, life expectancy, reputable breeders, & more. Our puppies will only be sold to approved buyers, that will provide the loving forever home they deserve.

Our Lab CLan Puppies
The sire & dam of every litter TLCL produces are certified OFA Hips & Elbows (Final/Prelim), (&/or) Pennhip Certified, OFA Eye Certified/Examined & Genetic DNA health tested for known diseases in the Labrador Retriever Breed. TLCL's breeding program consist of only dilute free dogs/pedigrees. We do not breed or produce, "Silvers, Charcoals or Champaigns".

All our puppies are family raised and started with socializing from the minute they are born. We also practice the ENS< Early Neurological Stimulation Processes between day 1 and 16. Starting at about 4-5 weeks of age our puppies are introduced to many new things while together as a litter. For example, depending on time of year; they come started on potty/litter training, outside exploring, sweepers/shop vacs, water/water hoses, lawn mowers, conquering small sets of stairs, four wheelers, larger dogs, cats, chickens, gun shots, bird/duck wings, thunderstorms & more.
Please note, we DO NOT remove dewclaws on any of our puppies/litters.
We strive to produce the "All In One Lab", meaning both sire & dam of said litter, are family/house dogs, but also athletic & strong enough to compete in many different dog sports/hobbies. Our puppies are preferred to enter semi active forever homes, if possible, as most will have normal to high drive.

AKC Registration
Our puppies are sold with AKC Limited Registration Papers (without breeding rights) as pet companions only. Buyers are greatly urged to register their puppy with the American Kennel Club (AKC). You must register your puppy with the AKC by 12 months of age. “TLCL('s)” must be included in your puppy’s registered name.
Visitation & Pickup
We welcome new puppy owners only, for scheduled selection visits once puppies reach 6 weeks of age or older. In the event of safety/health concerns whether to humans/animals, we have the right to combine selection & pickup visits together at 8 weeks of age. Puppies are welcome to enter their new forever homes at 8 weeks of age. Puppies must be picked up by the designated date(s) provided on your deposit contract. In the case your puppy stays with TLCL past the designated dates provided, and additional $20.00 per day will be added onto the purchase price of your puppy.
Purchase Requirements
Appropriate care/maintenance must be provided to your puppy at all times, this includes all medical/health care, training, clean & stable living conditions (food, water, shelter, etc.) You must provide your puppy with monthly heartworm worm prevention, year-round. You must register your puppy with the AKC before 12 months of age; “TLCL('s)" must be included in your puppy’s registered name. Mandatory spay/neuter is not required, however; spay/neuter procedures are not permitted on your puppy until 12months of age or older; failure to comply will forfeit the 26 mo. Health Guarantee. Although NOT required, it is highly recommended to enroll your puppy in basic obedience training, puppy classes, etc. Check with your local kennel clubs, for enrollment. Your puppy is being sold to its “forever home”. If in the event you can no longer provide/care for your puppy/dog for unforeseen reasons OR you are unable to abide by this contract's requirements, you as the buyer are required to return the puppy/dog to TLCL. All AKC papers, veterinary records, & microchip information will also be released & returned to TLCL. All shipping or travel costs are the buyer’s responsibility upon return. Rehoming or reselling of this puppy is not permitted unless discussed & approved by TLCL in writing. Once TLCL puppy/dog is returned to TLCL, this puppy/dog is no longer available to original buyer/family.
No cash/money refunds will be made of any kind.
Pricing & Deposits
Puppy prices will differ with each litter. Please contact us for pricing or refer to the "Upcoming Litters' tab for prices on current litters. TLCL will open a waiting list for each breeding. In order to be placed on our "waiting list", a $200 deposit is required. Once puppies arrive, an additional deposit is required to hold your puppy (Color/Gender/Pick Order). This additional deposit is due within the first 48 hours of birth, or you will be removed from our waiting list & forfeit your waitlist deposit.
All deposits are deducted from the total cost of the puppy. All deposits are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in writing by TLCL. TLCL reserves the right to 1st choice puppy in any litter, to continue generations in our breeding program.
Deposits will secure your desired color, gender & pick order of the puppy you wish to purchase. You will be notified by TLCL once you are able to make your pick selection. Your puppy can be selected by pictures/videos or in person. Final payment is due before day of pickup. The puppy will not leave the premise without price of puppy paid in full.
Checks are not accepted as payments. No Exceptions.
